At Organic Glow Skin Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. You have 30 days to return unopened products for a full refund. Products that have been opened or used can be returned within 14 days for store credit only. Please ensure products are in their original condition and packaging for all returns.

Returns can be dropped off or mailed back to the Spa at 45110 Club Drive Suite C Indian Wells, Ca 92210.

Please have your order number and/or receipt available when returning your products. This will help us process your exchange, refund, or store credit as quickly and efficiently as possible.
